Hela kvarterets ungar \u00e5t s\u00e5 de \u00e4r n\u00e4stan slut nu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rabarbermuffins ca 20 st<\/strong><br \/>125 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>2 1\/2 dl socker<br \/>3 \u00e4gg<br \/>2 1\/2 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>1 tsk vaniljsocker (jag hade ekologiskt och r\u00e4ttvisem\u00e4rkt \u00e4kta vaniljr\u00f6rsocker, smakar och doftar underbart gott)<br \/>3-4 dl finskuren rabarber &amp; 2 msk socker<\/p>\n<p>Ugn 200\u00b0C. Gr\u00e4dda i 15 min. R\u00f6r rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r och socker &#8211; f\u00f6r hand eller i matberedare. Vispa i ett \u00e4gg i taget. Blanda i mj\u00f6l, bakpulver och vaniljsocker. Blanda rabarbern med lite socker och v\u00e4nd ner i smeten. F\u00f6rdela i ca 20 formar.
