En av mina favoriter \u00e4r faktiskt &#8221;Nisk&#8221; (reserverar mig f\u00f6r stavningen), Kurdisk linssoppa. Har hittat ett himla bra recept, f\u00f6r det \u00e4r som n\u00e4r man f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte f\u00e5 mormor att ber\u00e4tta hur hon gjorde de goda k\u00f6ttbullarna&#8230; <em>man har i lite s\u00e5nt och lite s\u00e5nt&#8230;<\/em> inget nedskrivet recept allts\u00e5.
