Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken och v\u00e4rm till fingerv\u00e4rme, ca 37\u00b0. H\u00e4ll degspadet \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten. R\u00f6r om s\u00e5 att j\u00e4sten l\u00f6ser sig. Tills\u00e4tt kvarg, saffran, socker, salt och det mesta av mj\u00f6let.
