Jag hade inte alla ingredienster hemma s\u00e5 lite \u00e4ndringar fick det bli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept p\u00e5 12 stora cookies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50 gram sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n300 gram choklad (jag blandade b\u00e5de ljus och m\u00f6rk)<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n170 gram Muscovadosocker (man kan ha vanligt str\u00f6socker)<br \/>\n1 knivsudd Bourbon Vanilla<br \/>\n85 gram vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r och 200 gram choklad i ett vattenbad.<br \/>\nVispa \u00e4gg och Muscovadosocker samt vaniljpulver tillsammans.<br \/>\nBlanda vetemj\u00f6l och bakpulver, sikta sedan detta i chokladblandningen.<br \/>\nHacka 100 gram choklad och blanda i smeten.<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll i smeten i en spritsp\u00e5se (utan tyll) klipp av toppen och spritsa ut 12 stora kakor p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<br \/>\nGr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnene i 175 grader i ca 10 minuter.<br \/>\nGr\u00e4dda inte f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge, kakorna ska se lite &#8221;halvf\u00e4rdiga&#8221; ut d\u00e5 blir de sega och goda.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng jag bakar dessa s\u00e5 ska jag ha i lite n\u00f6tter samt att den hackade chokladen ska vara riktigt m\u00f6rk, minst 70% kakao ska den inneh\u00e5lla.
